March is Sleep Awareness Month!

The Spa at 10 North wants to help our clients with improving their sleep - a key to health and wellness.

  1. Keep a regular schedule in terms of when you go to sleep and when you wake.  Seven to eight hours of sleep is the ideal amount.

  2. Do not eat a heavy meal before bedtime.

  3. Keep sound and light out of your bedroom as much as possible. Use a white noise machine or ear plugs.

  4. Take a relaxing bath prior to bed.  Use Epsom salts and a soothing aromatherapy oil to calm your entire being.
