Spa Etiquette
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to give you an opportunity to check-in, change, relax and prepare your mind for your special treatment.
Please remember, should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Honor all guests' comfort and relaxation by turning off electronic devices before entering the spa.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing, canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to the value of the missed treatment.
Gratuities for exceptional service may be made at your discretion. A 20% gratuity is customary.
For parties of 4 or more, or to book a package, please schedule your appointments 3 days in advance.
